Coronavirus information for Moredge Canine Rehabilitation clients:
Moredge is delighted to be able to offer our services again during the covid-19 crisis. We have been granted special permission by our local council and the government to re-open. There are however restrictions in place like in most sectors that are aimed at keeping our staff and clients safe and to prevent the transmission of the virus.
Moredge Guidance and requirements
- Attendance to the centre for hydrotherapy or physiotherapy sessions can ONLY be booked in advance and a timeslot allocated.
- No clients are allowed to enter the centre premises without the consent of staff.
- Please Knock on arrival at your given time slot and await instructions from the staff.
- Please adhere to the 2 metre social distance rule at all times.
- There is to be no congregating of public outside of the premises.
- Anyone showing clinical signs should adhere to government guidence and stay at home, DO NOT attend a session if you should be self isolating.
- We are only accepting card payments and contactless when the amount allows.
- ONLY one member of public to enter the premises if permission has been given by the staff.
- IF you are permitted to enter our centre then we require you to refrain from touching anything in the centre. If there a products you would like to buy our staff will assist with this.
- If you have been given permission to enter the centre then you must wash your hands on arrival and departure. Wear appropriate protective equipment where appropriate.
Thank you for supporting us during this extraordinary time. We appreciate it is a difficult period for everyone, and we have worked hard to get the permission we need to re-open the centre and start helping dogs again. Please help us by adhering to the guidance above.
